Why did I receive an “AO change” email from AP for my Purchasing Card

The Authorizing Official (AO) has been updated following the retirement of Maureen Stephens. The staff will prepare the Roles and Responsibilities form required by the Accounts Payable office and send it to you for your signature. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about this.
