1. Awarded! Now the fun begins
2. ORSO receives award
   • Research Compliance Protocols Needed? Work with ORA
   • Subawards? Work with RA and ORSO
   1. ORSO routes to Dept/RA & PI for review (if needed)
   2. Dept/RA returns award to ORSO with Approval and/or changes to be made
3. ORSO reviews award for acceptance, negotiates changes as needed
   1. ORSO has Dan Nordquist sign award & returns it to the agency for execution (if needed)
4. ORSO sends Executed copy of award to SPS
5. SPS sets of WSU Account, manages invoices & financial reports
